Peninsula campsites on a reservoir north of Rome.
The campground fills a wooded peninsula in Delta Reservoir, so many sites look out over the water, and the prime sites sit right on the shore. There is a sandy guarded beach, a boat launch and short trails, and Rome’s Fort Stanwix and breweries are 15 minutes away. A low-key local favorite for a first camping trip or a quick lake weekend.
