Mohonk Mountain House

Castle-resort courts above Lake Mohonk.

The Victorian castle resort on the Shawangunk Ridge has three newer pickleball courts alongside its four Har-Tru and two hard tennis courts. Court time and racquet rentals are complimentary with an overnight stay, and the Sports Center takes reservations. Play is outdoors from late April into November, so pair a morning game with the carriage roads, the lake and the spa.
