Weekend ski resort in Highmount

1,404 ft vertical · 174 acres · 50 trails · 8 lifts

Season Nov 20 – Apr 11

Targets opening in 22 days

Projected; ORDA hasn’t announced 2026-27 dates. Last season opened to passholders Nov 21 and the public Nov 22.

State-run Catskills value with a gondola and long runs.

Belleayre is run by the state’s Olympic authority: 1,404 feet of vertical, an eight-person gondola, a long 2.3-mile run, glades and mogul steeps. The Discovery Lodge base was expanded for 2025-26. It suits families and intermediates who want a calmer, cheaper Catskills day than Hunter or Windham.
