Destination ski resort in Eden

2,519 ft vertical · 5,000 acres · 167 trails · 9 lifts

Season Dec 11 – Apr 11

Opens in 43 days

Opens Dec 11: passholders in the morning, day-ticket holders from the evening night session, conditions permitting. Natural snow only; usually wraps up around mid-April. No passholder-only weekends this season.

1 Christmas and New Year’s event

NYE Torchlight Parade

Huge, uncrowded terrain with capped ticket sales.

One of the biggest ski areas in North America by acreage, with daily ticket sales capped and no Epic, Ikon or Indy access, so powder stays untracked for days. Owner Reed Hastings runs a public-private model where a few eastern lifts serve homeowners only, but day tickets are good every day in 2026-27, and the new DMI chair opens 1,000+ acres of steep expert terrain.
