1 Christmas and New Year’s event

Christmas in Warrensburgh

New York’s biggest ski area, spread over four peaks.

A big, varied state-run mountain: cruisers, 28 glades and real steeps across four peaks, linked to the historic North Creek Ski Bowl, which adds twilight skiing and lit Nordic trails. North Creek is a quiet hamlet, so this is about skiing, with Garnet Hill’s cross-country trails nearby. It suits intermediates and experts who want lots of terrain without Vermont prices.
