Sixty-two flat miles through PA’s Grand Canyon.

A former rail line along the floor of the Pine Creek Gorge, 62 miles from Jersey Shore to Wellsboro and Pennsylvania’s 2026 Trail of the Year. The hard-packed stone surface and roughly 2 percent grade make for easy riding past canyon walls and tiny trail villages like Slate Run and Cedar Run. Outfitters run shuttles so you can ride it one way.
